All Building Services, LLC was founded in 2008 by Raul Bucio on the basis of hard work and a commitment to providing the best quality in cleaning services.
Raul learned the value of hard work at the age of 15 when he took a part-time cleaning job because he hated being told "We don't have any money" by his parents when he wanted something. He learned that if he worked quickly and thoroughly, he could double his income in the same amount of time, and eventually decided to open his own cleaning company because he enjoyed seeing the fruits of his labor and creating happy customers.

The fibers of your furniture and carpets serve as a hotbed for bacteria that can be found in pet urine and feces. Pet odor is caused by several factors, pet dander, pet hair which contains odor causing oils, feces and pet urine. Topical Treatment: We apply pet treatment topically to the carpet, agitate with counter rotating brushes to remove pet hair, then we clean the carpet with hot water and deodorizer.
Deep level Treatment: We locate the soiled spot with a UV light, saturate the carpet and padding with pet treatment, then we use a water claw to flush out urine, followed by regular carpet cleaning using hot water extraction.Padding Removal Treatment: We lift the carpet, remove/replace the padding, seal the subfloor, then treat and clean the carpet with pet treatment.

Your carpets are the largest air filter in your home. The Carpet and Rug Institute recommends cleaning them every 12-14 months under normal soiling conditions. We only use non-toxic, environmentally friendly chemicals that we would use in our own homes and know won't affect your health. We are IICRC certified technicians; this means your carpets won't be left with 'sticky residue'.
Furniture and Upholstery Cleaning

Unlike carpeting, there are far more issues that an inexperienced cleaner can be faced with when cleaning furniture. We are dealing with several factors to consider which method is best to clean a particular piece of furniture. Your furniture is in good hands with our IICRC certified technicians. Our cleaning process is very similar to the one used in carpet cleaning; however, upholstery cleaning is more delicate and laborious.
