After researching other carpet cleaning businesses, I decided to have Carpet Pros out to clean my old, badly stained carpets. First reason I chose Carpet Pros was the phone conversation I had when inquiring about their business, he was honest, listened to what I was asking and had great advice, and most of all gave me a quote over the phone, all very impressive. When they arrived on time, he looked at my carpet and was very knowledgeable about carpets, stains and how to take care of future stains myself.
