This is an exceptional practice. The staff is kind, responsive and knowledgeable. Both Dr. Mehras have the best approach to patient care! I am so grateful for Little Silver Pediatrics and Family Medicine. Nothing but positive experiences here! We are so thankful and pleased with this practice. From both doctors to the entire staff! Weve never had an unpleasant experience and they are always so accommodating with last minute sick visits. At first it was just our kids who were patients, but we loved it so much here that my husband and I made it our primary doctor as well. You and your kids are in excellent hands here!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Neeraj Mehra for about 2 years now, he is great. He cares about his patients' well- being, great bedside manners, give detailed explanation, make me feel comfortable, return calls and skilled at what he do. The whole staff is very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

My son and I love going to Little Silver Pediatrics. My son has been coming here since he was one years old. Once it was time for me to change Primary Care Physicians I decided to join my son. I love coming. No matter what your visit may be, I feel like we are at home. Your not rushed. Everyone is extremely pleasant and both Dr. Mehras' help you find solutions to any concerns. I have seen such improvement with my concerns. I now don't dread coming to the doctors. During my recent visit after speaking with Dr. Mehra I realize after listening to his suggestions for diet he is a chef on the weekends

We have been with Little Silver Pediatrics for 15 months now. In that time, we have had more sick visits then we'd like. Every time, Dr. Mehra and team have been incredibly compassionate and exceptional in how they treat our little man. Thank you Little Silver Pediatrics for everything you!

I've never been so dumbfounded in my life.
Scheduled and appointment for a physical and bruising on my abdomen.
Had to reschedule due to an emergency
When rescheduling:
Receptionist tells me I won't be able to be seen for my abdominal hematoma because I needed to go to the ER. I told her repeatedly; I've already been to the ER and had a CAT scan. I doctor told me it was fairly common and I should follow up with a primary care physician for treatment/evaluation. She again told me to go to the ER or a surgeon because she won't be able to schedule me for this issue.
1) can't go to a specialist
