Services
Medication Management
Our outpatient psychiatric service provides comprehensive medication management for mental health conditions. Board-certified providers conduct initial evaluations and ongoing monitoring to ensure optimal treatment outcomes. This service addresses depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders through personalized medication plans.
TMS Therapy
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) offers non-invasive treatment for resistant depression. Using magnetic pulses to stimulate underactive brain regions, this therapy requires 20-minute sessions four times weekly for 5-6 weeks. Patients receive post-treatment medication maintenance recommendations to sustain remission.
Spravato Treatment
Spravato (esketamine) provides innovative treatment for treatment-resistant depression through twice-weekly nasal spray sessions. Each 2-hour appointment includes supervised administration and post-treatment monitoring. Maintenance follow-ups ensure sustained therapeutic benefits when combined with ongoing medication protocols.
Genesight Testing
Genesight pharmacogenomic testing analyzes DNA variations to guide medication selection. This clinical tool helps providers predict individual responses to psychiatric medications, enabling more precise treatment planning and minimizing trial-and-error prescribing approaches.
Suboxone Therapy
Our medication-assisted treatment program utilizes Suboxone for opioid dependence management. This comprehensive approach combines prescription medication with medical supervision to address withdrawal symptoms and support long-term recovery from opioid addiction.

I have been dealing with depression since I was younger than 13. I have been in and out of therapy and on and off medications since. I have been going to Chris for around the last four years. I can honestly say he has helped save my life. I have never been in such an amazing spot in my life mentally then I am right now. He has always listened to me and I have always felt so comfortable talking to him. I have read the other reviews here and I wanted to leave my review because just because of a few bad experiences I dont want anyone to possibly pass going to Chris just because of it. I understand

I have had nothing but great experience here. Lisa (a medication nurse) is very down to earth, easy to talk with, very knowledgeable and truly cares about your mental wellbeing.

Dr Rajput is the most patient and thoughtful psychiatrist I have seen. He genuinely cares about his patients and takes an interest in making sure they are doing well. I would not be stable if it were not for him. Ive suffered from debilitating treatment resistant depression and he took his time to make sure each medication worked, and if it didnt help, he helped me taper and change the dose and medication. Finally, TMS was suggested and helped me lift out of the fog A LOT. The job of a psychiatrist is not the same as a psychotherapist. Therapists cannot prescribe and are paid only to listen

I have had a great experience with Chris as my practitioner. Also, the receptionist Sheryl was very helpful. But it is impossible to get in contact with them most of the time and google always says they are closed. I have to reschedule an appointment for tomorrow and no one is picking up. There is no option to leave a voicemail. They charge $50 if you dont notify them 24 hours in advanced (as so many doctors offices).

Honestly Id give less stars if I could. This was my first psychiatrist and I already was so nervous to go to a psychiatric doctor. He literally made my worst fear come true even though I was fine and not in danger to myself. The actual doctor (Rajput) only came in for 5 minutes and was cold and uncaring. I am too traumatized from my experience to even go see a new psych doctor or go on medications again. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. They dont deserve your money.

Not a fan of this office, they constantly try and tell you whats wrong with you instead of listening to why youre feeling the way you are. They constantly prescribe you medicine which they think will help you but they only want to say youre depressed! I may not be the most gleeful persons but I have reasons why. I went there for anxiety attacks and never went back because they prescribed me 4 different medicines that didnt help because I went there for anxiety. Id reco a therapist to point you in the right direction to be honest
