Soul Brewing
We love cheese and we love sharing our joy, especially over a brew. Join us for an evening of niche nerdery and learn what makes beer and cheese a natural match. Join Allen Wallace of Pleasantville's Soul Brewing Company for beer sipping, cheese sampling and a greater understanding of what makes it all go together so well.

Why do some cheeses work so well with certain beers? Grab a seat and learn a thing or two about two of the world's oldest and most celebrated victuals. Instructors: Allen Wallace of Soul Brewing Company and Ivy Ronquillo, Owner of Second Mouse Cheese Shop. Test your knowledge with Trivia provided by our Master Questioner, Darren "Mouse" Mosely, and win fabulous beer prizes.

About
Report
We discovered a passion for beer traveling in Belgium and Germany, where every town and village seemed to have its own local brewery. Brewers took pride in making something special and unique, and the brewery was a social gathering space for the community.

The desire to create a brewery as a community space has led us to the concept of a truly local brewery and taproom, where we will offer small-batch artisanal ales and lagers, which reflect the local environment and our European influences.Soul Brewing Company is a relaxed place to meet friends or gather with family, to play a few games, and to take in some music or art made by neighbors.
