Services
Foundation Piers
Our proprietary King Piers System permanently stabilizes sinking foundations through precision-engineered steel and concrete installations. Each pier is hand-dug to virgin soil and reinforced with oversized load plates for maximum durability. This method addresses settlement issues at their source while maintaining structural integrity during the lifting process.
Basement Waterproofing
We implement comprehensive waterproofing solutions combining interior drainage systems, sump pumps, and vapor barriers to protect basements from hydrostatic pressure and water intrusion. Our systems address both immediate moisture issues and long-term prevention through improved exterior grading and gutter management.
Crawl Space Repair
Our crawl space solutions include structural reinforcement with steel supports, moisture encapsulation using industrial-grade vapor barriers, and complete drainage system installation. These repairs prevent floor sagging, wood rot, and mold growth while improving overall home energy efficiency through enhanced insulation.
Concrete Repair
We specialize in repairing cracked, uneven, and deteriorated concrete surfaces using advanced leveling techniques and high-strength resurfacing materials. Our methods address both cosmetic issues and underlying structural concerns caused by soil movement and freeze-thaw cycles.
Stone Foundation Repair
Our specialized stone foundation services combine traditional masonry techniques with modern stabilization methods. We repoint mortar joints, reset displaced stones, and install discreet reinforcement systems to preserve historic character while ensuring structural longevity for century-old foundations.

I recieved four estimates for my sinking foundation, several from the popular companies that advertise regularly. King Piers was not only competitive but very realistic about how to solve my problems. The owner came out and provided a quick and easy estimate. I am very glad I went with King Piers. I have a home in south Johnson County. They were able to pier my foundation, fill in the cracks with epoxy, fix cracks in my brick exterior and drywall interior as well as fixing a leaky window well in the basement. Enrique was awesome to work with and has my total trust. Very hard working crew. Thank

If you want an honest opinion, call these guys. I am a realtor and I recommend them to all of my clients. They won't make it a bigger deal than it actually is just to get more money from you. Heck- I've even had them help out clients that had very minor issues. Thank goodness I can rely on these guys when I need them.

We had a few cracks to fill that required them to dig holes. Work was done very well and completely solved our issue. We did have an issue during the job, but they made sure it was corrected quickly. The owner called me personally to make sure it got taken care of. Price was also very competitive. They also level a window well and added gravel to it for free!

We received an estimate for $1,000 but was told it would normally be $2,000. I asked if they could could go ahead and write the estimate for $2,000 because we were in the process of purchasing the home and trying to negotiate the price down. There were a lot of issues that had to be taken care of and the sellers did not want to come down in price, I figured this would help. I was assured we would only be charged $1,000 but in the end we were charged $2,000. Probably my fault for not getting it in writing. We asked them also about replacing some concrete right by our garage, how much it would
