We're very careful about who we hire to remodel kitchens and bathrooms. VERY CAREFUL. And we're not just talking about background and drug tests, although we insist on both. We typically interview AT LEAST 20 people for every 1 hire we make, which means that less than 5% of prospective hires are allowed to join our elite team.

Many Kansas City kitchen and bath contractors choose to use sub-contractors to install a remodeling project. When a remodeling company uses sub-contractors, it is impossible to enforce quality control and workmanship standards. Sub-contractors are simply not supervised and regulated to the same level as a kitchen and bath company that hires and employs their own installers.
