Services
Manual Therapy
Our manual therapy techniques include joint mobilization and soft tissue manipulation to improve mobility and reduce pain. This hands-on approach targets musculoskeletal restrictions through skilled movements that stretch and strengthen affected areas. Patients benefit from improved range of motion and faster recovery times when combined with exercise programs.
Dry Needling
Western dry needling targets muscle trigger points to relieve pain and improve function. This technique uses thin needles to stimulate healing in overactive muscle tissue, releasing tension and improving blood flow. Patients experience reduced muscle stiffness and enhanced recovery when combined with traditional physical therapy exercises.
Custom Orthotics
We create personalized orthotic devices using plantar pressure testing to address foot and lower limb issues. These custom supports correct biomechanical imbalances, alleviate pain from conditions like plantar fasciitis, and improve overall gait efficiency. Patients receive comprehensive fitting and adjustment services for optimal comfort and effectiveness.
Vestibular Therapy
Specialized treatment for balance disorders and dizziness caused by inner ear problems. Our therapists use targeted exercises to improve gaze stability, balance, and spatial orientation. Patients with conditions like BPPV benefit from customized rehabilitation programs that reduce vertigo symptoms and improve daily functioning.
Sportsmetrics Training
Evidence-based sports performance program that reduces injury risk through biomechanical analysis and neuromuscular training. This sports-specific conditioning focuses on proper landing mechanics, strength development, and agility improvement. Athletes of all levels benefit from enhanced performance and reduced risk of common sports injuries like ACL tears.

I have been to three different physical therapy establishments, not until I started at Tn Sports Medicine did I see what Physical Therapy really means. Not only is the building beautiful with all the plants Julie cares for but the equipment is extensive. Maggie with her gentle warm hands decided the therapy I needed for my total knee replacement and John had patience, knowledge and most of all encouragement. I have a new knee they taught me to walk with. Not only did they fix my knee but the expertise Caitlin showed in fitting me with my diabetic shoes was the final touch I needed for full recovery

This company is not very trustworthy when it comes to ordering additional orthotics (I was told there was a nominal fee for reordering orthotics)... I was very disappointed to find out that you have to go through their entire evaluation process every time you need to get a simple orthotic replaced...making the cost of the orthotic prohibitive in the first place...

I have been here many times. The Therapists that I've had have been very knowledgeable. But if you aren't going to do the exercises at home as instructed, don't waste their time.

TSMG Staff are all interested in serving clientele, I believe I've observed, to the best of their abilities, are including all I've met, from PTs to front desk staffers. Additionally, they generally stay on schedule - that is, I never have had to wait longer than 10-15 minutes past my appointment time, and the times I have had to wait briefly have been few over the total of the approximate 28 visits I've had there. I'm being seen at TSMG for assistance addressing chronic problems associated with idiopathic scoliosis, like leg-length difference, for the first 2-3 months, and now, for about 2 months

I have been going to TSM for the rehabilitation of two separate knee replacements. They make me feel better when Im hurting and they push me when its time for that. There is a level of care from their employees that you rarely see and it has helped me recover completely. I am very pleased to have found them and I know you will be too!
