I had problem with one of my units which was installed by a different company 3 years ago. When I called them they told me I have to wait 3-4 days for tech. So I called JE Mechanical because they installed my other unit last year. It was about 5 30 pm when I called, first I was told that they were booked for next 2 days but then after I spoke to Raul, service tech
was at my house at around 6 30 pm and it took him around 2 hours to do service, clean the coil, charge the system, because it was not charged properly at the installation time ( ARS Rescue rooter, I will never call them again). I was

We recently had issues w a prior HVAC company so decided to give JE mechanical a call since we saw great reviews. We had our AC unit go out on a 90 degree day recently and called JE mechanical in the morning the next day. They came out the same day and fixed our issues that day too. The tech was amazingly nice, the company easy to deal with and make payments and they didnt try to sell us on any unneeded items. This 100% is our new go to company and we are happy we find them via reviews. Incredible service at a great price.
