We had an appointment for Daffy Ducts this Tuesday. First thing, they tried to do is change the appointment date several times last week. On the day of the appointment, they tried to arrive 4 hours early. So, when they did arrive(about an hour late), they told us that they could not service our house because they did not bring the proper equipment. They had never interviewed us about the details so they would be prepared to clean the ducts in our house. They rescheduled us for Friday. Some time later, they offered us an earlier appointment(Wednesday). It did not fit our schedule. We expressed
