Here is some more personal information about me and how I became the photographer I am today, taken from part of an interview I did for VoyageDenver. You can also see another article was published in Shoutout Colorado here. I started as photographers often do with a camera in hand as I traveled. I grew up in Victoria, Canada, and I was lucky enough to go to Europe every few years to visit my extended family.
The new landscapes and architecture inspired me. I inherited my mother's DSLR film camera body and lenses in my early 20's. As a competitive runner at the time I took photos of my friends competing in races. Then I did my first wedding for a friend for free in 2003. I remember the adrenaline rush I got after surviving having to change film right before the First Kiss and still getting the shot.

As a family photographer living in Fort Collins, I know the scenery of the area and the variety of locations to choose from to make your family session unique and all about you and your personalities. Each session is tailored to make sure the photos are a reflection of you. The sessions are all about having fun and are not traditional.

High School Seniors
Report
Senior photos you can brag about! That is my goal with each session. My sessions are not traditional and I love when we can explore the outdoors, be it the more urban/edgy vibe of downtown Fort Collins, or the nature vibe along the Poudre River or foothills. I choose locations based on your senior's personalities.
