We meet at the Talltree Gardens Meeting Room (across the parking lot from Talltree South). Meetings are currently held remotely using Zoom. Please contact the Board if you wish to attend. As you probably know, savings accounts and certificates of deposit (CDs) are paying very low rates these days. After some of Talltree South's reserve CDs matured, the board was looking for the best rate they could find to reinvest the funds.
As members of Talltree South, you can open a share (savings), draft(checking), IRA, or other account, or apply for a mortgage, car loan, student loan, etc. Credit Unions are member-owned and typically offer better rates than commercial banks. Just go to a branch office (Falls Church is closest)or to the website and indicate Talltree South as your qualifying organization.

Talltree South is a condominium association of garden condos located just inside the Beltway in Annandale, Virginia, convenient to everywhere. The condos range from one to three bedrooms, some with a den. We share open space and a swimming pool. The Talltree South office at 4903 Americana Drive #T5 is open for your convenience.

If you need parking decals or temporary visitor's passes, please contact the on-site office. They can also be mailed to you. You may contact the Fairfax County Police at their non-emergency number (703) 691-2131 for all matters that involve neighbor to neighbor noise complaints and suspicious persons or activities.

For FIRE or POLICE emergencies, call 911, the fire department or the police first. DO NOT call the Talltree South emergency number until you call the people who are trained to respond to the type of emergency. 2. For Gas Leak emergencies, call 911 from a safe location. You may also call the Washington Gas Emergency Leak Line at 703-750-1400 or (800)752-7520.

Talltree South was built in 1964 as a rental community and was converted to a condominium association in 1977. In a condominium, each unit owner holds title in the same manner as an owner of a single-family home.
