I love living here! The staff is always so friendly, warm, and helpful! They are extremely quick to respond to maintenance needs. (Thank you Walter and your staff!) I highly recommend living here. The building is very level with the ground so your furniture will not fall to one side of the room. The elevators go up and down smoothly. All of the dogs in this apartment building are very friendly and their owners love it when you pet them. The staff are all really great, especially Kay.

Reception Staff:
They cater to every resident’s needs and are extremely accommodating. Specifically Karenis, Chris, and Marcus! They always ask how I’m doing and carry meaningful conversations asking about family, friends, etc.
Leasing Office Staff:
Debbie is always so helpful and made my move in as smooth as possible.

Honestly, Instrata is hands down the best place I have lived in the DMV area. The staff is so nice and very helpful. The front desk is really there for you 24/7 if you need anything and really try to make living here a pleasant experience. Shoutout to Marcus for being wonderful! I know that sounds like its the norm, but in so many places I have lived it has not been. The building is always super clean, and when you need maintenance they come so fast. And, when maintenance doesn't come, I've even had people from the front desk come and help me with things. Never had any rat or rodent issues which

Its been one day and its been great. I am walking distance to everything I need. Apartment is nice. A few of the outlets do not work, but the apartment is clean and quiet. It will make a great home once I get organized. Also, the staff is amazing. Debbie and Marcus have been extremely helpful and friendly!

The location is within walking distance to everything needed including Harris Teeter, the shopping mall, restaurants, the park, and the metro. The amenities are well maintained, and the building is always clean. The front desk is really helpful, friendly, and responsive 24/7. A special shoutout to Kay! The apartment also does special activities like setting up a gift wrapping station for the holidays and handing out cupcakes on Valentine's Day.

I lived here for 1.5 years. Location is superb (2 min walk to metro, right next to mall and park with tennis courts). The apartments have a spacious and organic home-like shape unlike many other buildings where the apartments look like squares stacked on top of each other. Lobby is beautiful and amenity rooms are fun to hang out in. Fitness center is good for an apartment. Front desk and management are very nice and will work with you when you need something (there was 1 exception). My apartment's balcony didn't have a open railing so there was a lot of dirt and debris buildup which was difficult

I lived at Instrata Pentagon City for a little over a year, and only moved out because I was moving cross-country. I absolutely loved everything about Instrata:
The staff in the leasing office were always kind, helpful, and super responsive. Special recognition to Debbie Jones who was so incredibly helpful with anything we ever could have needed.
The 24/7 concierge is such a nice and convenient amenity, and all of those staff were also incredibly nice and willing to help with anything. Being able to pick up packages there or at the Amazon Hub gave me such a piece of mind when ordering things
