A smoked corn and jalapeno aioli dip topped with cotija cheese and cilantro, with a side of tortilla chips. Lettuce, tomatoes, red and yellow bell peppers, onions, sunflower seeds, carrots and choice of Ranch or Red wine Vinaigrette. Mixed cheeses, bell peppers, jalapeno, red onions, tomatoes, Tortilla chips, guacamole, crema, and green onions.

Verde Brewing Co. was founded in 2013 by a $15,000 "Kickstarter" campaign that sought to use Verde Valley ingredients to make unique and great tasting craft beer.
Since then, Verde Brewing Company has learned, evolved, and expanded its original "farm-to-mug" philosophy to include other local resources such as repurposing the historic Boler's building into our restaurant and tasting room, using local beef fed with spent grain from our brewery, and making each bun and sauce in house.
