Hola Paella's founder Fernando has frequently traveled to Spain spending countless hours investigating the success of cooking a good paella. His paellas have a Spanish - Peruvian Fusion which adds a special flavor. Hola Paella Catering Service was founded in 2002 by Chef Fernando after retiring from United Airlines after 36 years of service as a power plant engineer.

The law firm I work for had Hola Paella cater our Staff Appreciation lunch today. The food was amazing, and people who didn't ordinarily like certain foods ended up loving them. The date/goat cheese/walnut appetizer and the tomato/cheese/sausage appetizer were fantastic (people who don't even like dates were gobbling them up!).
