Our uniquely themed rooms truly provide something for everyone. Refunds are not available for any reason including but not limited to: booking errors, missing participants and/or missed or late arrival for events.

If your experience in the room was negative due to the mixed dynamic, please see us before leaving so we can make it right! We want to give everyone the best experience possible.
