Shane Joffe had the professionalism of a child and the temperament to match. Its unfortunate his father thought it worthwhile to employ him.
Cant recommend this business in good conscience. Better off with Manufactured Homes Inc, or Clayton Homes or All American Modular LLC.

I signed a 6 month contract with this company. Excited and ready to move out of CA.My hopes we're dimished by lack of truth and lack of leadership. They did not get comps in my neighborhood to set a price to sell. They wrote on the contract every other Saturday would be a open house. Didnt happen. Sales people didn't return calls from potential buyers or didn't "have time" to set up showings. The Company would not let me out of contract, even with out all of the above references being done. Ruthless Company.

No one follows up with your needs even after providing information on what your interested in. I'm quite disappointed in what steps are needed and who will provide information . I'm ready to look elsewhere. I'm calling them Monday and if they can not take more interest I'll find some who should like to take my money and provide me with what maybe avaible.

Terrible experience. After 6 months they couldn't sell my mobile home, And they unexpectedly came and took there signs down and are completely unavailable for anything. They have let me and my family down and have wasted my time and money
