In our search for the best roofing contractor for our recently purchased house, our research led us to 4 estimates from reputable contractors, that we researched through Yelp. When David Harris from Cal Star came, I was impressed with his extensive knowledge about my mobile home, and other flaws that he noticed. Not only did we choose them for our new roof, they also repaired the dry rot, replaced fascia, removed a fireplace vent, added a kitchen vent, replaced all skylights and added one in the master bathroom. On top of all that, they leveled my foundation.

Decided on Cal-Star Mobile Home Construction for a NEW roof replacement on a mobile home. They did start and complete the project on time as they stated in the contract and the Salesman David Harris was professional. The roof was installed in 2 days. A few days after the install it rained. So we decided to take a look at the roof to see how it looked. We put up a ladder and look at several areas around the perimeter making sure not to go on the roof. There appeared to be several dents and in one area it looked like something was dropped on it, like a 2x4 or piece of equipment. We took photos

I had three companies come out and evaluate our plumbing situation. Jonathan came out to evaluate and gave us what ended up being the highest quote for a re plumbing. The reason why I am giving a one star review is because of two things. First of all Jonathan called me about three times within a couple of days to put pressure on me so that I would accept their bid. So basically, 5 days after the quote, they would be ready to do the work and he wanted to schedule me. Later on I found out from another company that to do a re-plumbing you need permits from the city. There is no way you get these
