CrossFit Fernandina Beach
Our trainers will ensure that your workout intensity matches the results you are seeking. Whether your goal is to get back in shape after months or even years of a sedentary lifestyle or if you're looking to simply spice up your current routine, our programs are easily adaptable to your fitness level.

Classes at CFF feature high intensity training and weightlifting. Classes last roughly 60 minutes and feature a mix of weights, cardio, calisthenics, and mobility. We also strongly believe that nutrition is the foundation. In addition to our group classes, personal training, and clinics, we also offer nutritional coaching.

There was just one problem: no CrossFit gym or CrossFit family to be part of! After considering it for a few months, Craig and Jaime decided to open their own CrossFit gym in Yulee not only because they saw it as a great business opportunity, but also because they wanted a CrossFit home and CrossFit community to be part of again and to share with others.

If you aren't quite sure yet, the easiest way to get started is by visiting our gym for a free trial class. No CrossFit experience is necessary and you don't have to be in great shape!
