Within the first few months of becoming a client, the community will undergo a detailed evaluation that will cover: all vendor information including their contract terms, insurance information, bids, work orders, delinquencies, collection, alteration / modification, board meeting schedule, CPA's financial report including balance sheet, checking & reserve account activity, upcoming fiscal year's budget, current budget, event calendar & board members terms and positions held.
Management Reports include agendas and past meeting minutes which are provided 2-3 days prior to each meeting, thus giving the board of director's sufficient time to prepare.Once a work request has been completed, these are sent directly to the community association manager's email.
