Pittsfield Village Condominium
We are a community of vintage townhome style condominiums built in 1945 designed by architect Charles Noble at the end of World War II. This property is situated on 57 acres in a prime East Ann Arbor location. Owners will enjoy the large rolling green spaces and the unique architecture design that includes wood floors, cove ceilings, and partial basements.

Pittsfield Village offers many amenities, including a swimming pool, tennis court, and playground equipment scattered throughout our common green spaces. Enjoy the benefits of homeownership without much of the work. Leave the ground maintenance and exterior maintenance to experts. We have on-site maintenance and management during regular business hours and an after hours emergency staff.
