Aerospace Manufacturing
AMI performs all processes in-house, from hot forging to grinding, thread rolling, machining, head-marking and drilling. AMI has been licensed to manufacture the industry's most innovative aviation fasteners and drive systems for over 20 years. AMI manufactures a complete line of high strength, close tolerance & complex aerospace bolts and screws.

We excel in the largest diameters, long or unlimited lengths, hard to find/obsolete parts, and diameters of "X" and "Y" items. Like bolts and screws, we can manufacture a complete line of aerospace pins, studs, and threaded rods manufactured with the most exotic of materials without a minimum. Aerospace prototypes & projects typically require specialized fasteners.

For applications where screws and bolts must be torque-tight and tamper-resistant, there is no better choice than the TRI-WING Tamper Resistant Drive System. The head strength and torque capability of the TRI-WING provides outstanding resistance to vibration with a unique tri-slot shape.

As its name implies, the TORQ-SET Offset Cruciform Drive System features an offset cruciform configuration that provides greater strength than a cruciform design, ensuring superior torque tightness for today's demanding applications. With the ACR Ribbed TORQ-SET Offset Cruciform Drive System, a specific sized driver inserts and removes each diameter fastener so that optimum torque is provided in every size.
