Shannon Boyle
Owner & Instructor
Shannon trained in multiple dance styles and founded Montclair State University Dance Team. With business education and 12+ years teaching experience, she creates safe environments for dancers while maintaining studio values since 2021 ownership.
Amber Evelyn
Assistant Director
Amber holds BFA in Dance from Montclair State and trained at Steps on Broadway. With Barbados Exhibition Award recognition, she shares passion for dance through teaching while maintaining connections to professional performance networks.
Julia Eckhardt
Office Manager
Julia danced competitively for 13 years and led Hofstra University's dance team. She choreographed award-winning performances and now combines administrative expertise with teaching Jazz Funk and Hip-Hop to young dancers.
Licia Lorenzo
Instructor
Licia trained professionally with New Jersey Ballet for 8 years and teaches preschool through advanced acro. With 23 years teaching experience and Acrobatic Arts certification, she specializes in early childhood dance development and confidence-building.
Michelle Nardini
Instructor
Michelle studied under dance legends and Radio City Rockettes. With DMA membership and national safety certification, she brings 7 years of studio ownership experience and award-winning choreography expertise to diverse dance education programs.

My twins are in their 4th year dancing at All 4 Dance. The environment is warm and welcoming for the entire family. The teachers are able to work with my daughters to help them recognize and develop their strengths. Megan makes sure she is always available for the kids, but also to help parents with questions. My girls' memories from dance and the… sense of accomplishment they feel after dancing a recital or mastering something that was hard for them will last forever. Especially thankful that, given all the uncertainty in 2020, All 4 Dance was there, remotely or in person, for my girls

My daughter has been at All 4 Dance since age 2. We are in our 6th year. Megan runs a great program with the best teachers. All 4 Dance is such a warm environment where children have fun and learn too! A family feel is definitely created!!! I can’t say enough positive things about this studio!!!

Not only are the classes and recital amazing but All4Dance is the BEST place to have a birthday party!! The owner, Megan, and all the teachers are all so kind and extremely talented!
