Chad Lubke has been a licensed builder since 2000. Chad obtained a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Ferris State University and has completed over 300 single family homes and nearly 500 condo and town homes units. Chad has always specialized in luxury building. Prior to starting Lubke, Chad and members of the Lubke team completed three high rise condominium projects in the Tampa Bay area.
The first project was Parkshore Plaza, located on Beach Dr in downtown St Petersburg, Parkshore was a 30 story, 118 unit 446,000 SF design-build condominium with 11,000 SF of elevated amenity area, 6 custom penthouse units, 24,000 SF of retail space, and (2) 3 story parking structures for 277 cars.

I have a new home 8 months into the construction process. I've been extremely impressed with Chad and his team of professionals. My day-to-day contact has been with the Site Supervisor Balatzar. Always professional and extremely knowledgeable about the building process; I couldn't be happier with him.
