Services
Construction Management (at Risk)
Our Construction Management at Risk service provides comprehensive project oversight from design through completion. We collaborate with design teams and owners during the planning phase, offering cost estimating, scheduling, and value engineering. Our open-book approach ensures transparency in budget management while maintaining quality standards. This method reduces risks for clients through early contractor involvement.
Preconstruction Services
We deliver strategic preconstruction services focusing on constructability analysis, cost modeling, and scheduling. Our team identifies potential challenges before construction begins, optimizing project efficiency. This includes material takeoffs, budget development, and coordination with architects to ensure designs align with budgetary constraints and operational requirements.
Design-Build
Our Design-Build service combines architectural design and construction under one contract. This streamlined approach reduces project timelines while maintaining quality control. We manage both design and construction phases, ensuring seamless coordination between architects, engineers, and tradespeople to deliver cohesive, cost-effective solutions.
Job Order Contracting
We provide Job Order Contracting for facility maintenance and renovation needs. This service covers repairs, renovations, and small projects under a single contract framework. Our approach enables faster project execution through pre-established pricing and streamlined procurement processes for ongoing facility needs.
Interior Design
Our interior design team creates functional commercial spaces that reflect brand identity. We specialize in space planning, material selection, and environmental design. Our solutions maximize productivity while meeting aesthetic goals, with expertise in commercial office environments, educational facilities, and public spaces.

They dont pay subcontractors.
Subs will come to your business demanding payments. Owners are shady. Ask around. Reputation is bad.

Sub-Contractors:
Stay away from this company unless you don't mind not getting
paid in full for your work. They owe us $4604.30 in retainage money for well over a year now.
Everytime we call we are told that the check will be sent out. We completed our work to everyone's satisfaction. Have called them repeatedly and was told we would be paid.
Shame on them and their tactics.
