I replaced a spa and went with Cal Spas. Dealing with their customer service was pleasant and easy. I literally pulled up the freeway, walked-in and made a deal. The hot tub had to go in an existing hole in the ground, so Cal Spas connected me with a carpenter that came. The crew dropped it off, and another carpenter finished the rest of the install.
The product is beautiful and it's working. I'm happy now that I have it and the experience is going great. I saw Cal Spas in an advertisement and I liked the price. When they installed the Patio Spa, the experience was excellent and there were no complications at all. I bought supplies from their store as well for standard upkeep.
