Services
Acupuncture
Worsley Five Element Acupuncture treatments address chronic pain, anxiety, digestive issues, and more by restoring natural energy flow. Our nationally certified acupuncturist creates personalized treatment plans targeting both symptoms and root causes. Patients experience improved sleep, increased energy, and overall wellness through this ancient healing practice.
Facial Rejuvenation
Non-invasive facial acupuncture reduces wrinkles and improves skin tone by stimulating collagen production. This treatment lifts sagging eyelids, firms jowls, and enhances facial circulation without surgery or injections. Patients report both physical rejuvenation and improved emotional well-being through this holistic approach.
Cupping Therapy
Traditional cupping therapy relieves muscle tension and improves circulation through controlled suction. This treatment addresses chronic pain, reduces inflammation, and promotes detoxification by increasing blood flow to targeted areas. Patients experience immediate relief from musculoskeletal discomfort and improved range of motion.
Gua Sha
Gua Sha treatment involves gentle skin scraping to release muscle tension and stimulate circulation. This technique effectively reduces chronic pain, improves lymphatic drainage, and enhances cellular repair. Patients benefit from decreased inflammation and accelerated recovery from musculoskeletal injuries.
Herbal Medicine
Custom herbal formulations complement acupuncture treatments by addressing internal imbalances. Our certified herbalist creates personalized blends to support digestive health, hormonal balance, and emotional wellness. These natural remedies work synergistically with acupuncture for comprehensive, long-lasting health improvements.

Ann combines skill, training, and a very caring attitude. I have worked with several acupuncturists over the years, without lasting results. Since starting with Ann several months ago I have experienced positive results including better overall well-being and improvement of a variety of other symptoms. For me, Ann, and the 5 element style (which is the much older, traditional approach) have been very helpful. Highly recommend.

Before I came to see Ann at the clinic, I was struggling with low energy, indigestion and feeling anxious and down quite often. I was also struggling to cope with symptoms of endometriosis and the hormonal imbalances related to this condition. I found it was affecting my ability to cope with the non-stop nature of my work as a full-time Mom! After 5 months of seeing Ann, I now crave my next acupuncture session, as it has helped me to feel more alive on every level. I am better able to cope with emotional ups and downs, I feel more inclined to eat well and exercise regularly, and my digestive system

I went to Ann for acupuncture because I was feeling extremely fatigued, anxious and brain-fogged, and my medical doctor and many specialists couldn't find anything wrong. Ann helped guide me through obtaining a lyme diagnosis while expertly treating my symptoms and enabling me to function while I was unwell. Ann provided nutrition and life counselling, and enthusiastically supports me and my health and well-being. The fact that she takes insurance is a bonus.

I started seeing Ann at the clinic due to a chronic lower back and sciatic nerve pain. After several weeks of seeing Ann, the pain from these conditions have vastly improved. I no longer notice my having sciatic pain. Ann has also treated and provided relief from an occasionally reoccurring neck & arm pain caused by a neck stenosis condition. My day to day quality of life and ability to lead a physically active life has been greatly aided by Ann's treatments. Also Ann doesn't hesitate to recommend non-acupuncture based treatments when she thinks they would be helpful or more appropriate. I highly
