The Bar Fitness Club is a come and go 24 hour gym in Summerville SC. This facility exists to make humans perform better at sports and life. Members can choose from three options: come and go 24-hour access, coaching in a group atmosphere, or 1-on-1 personal training.

Every member at The Bar Fitness Club has access to programming derived from international methods of developing efficient humans and athletes; our coaches are skilled at bringing you up to speed with the weight room, warm-up protocols, and recovery methods.We begin with the basics of establishing core function along with the basics of compound movements.

How to Squat
Report
To perform a low bar squat: bar is placed on the shelf of the upper back at base of the traps and on top of the posterior deltoids. To make a shelf: pinch shoulder blades together and pull elbows down and towards the spine. The low bar position gives you a biomechanical advantage to lift more weight by allowing the torso and chest to bend over further without compromising good form.
