
Centering Pilates and Fitness, established in 2015 has been offering high quality Pilates training in downtown Maitland, specializing in private sessions. Our goal is to teach each student how their body moves and t give them the knowledge and confidence to achieve real results. Bibi is amazing! I had several health issues that were not letting me exercise properly and she helped me find a way around them.

My background includes 20 + years experience in the fitness field. As a fitness professional I have trained and worked with people from all walks of life having various fitness goals. I am very passionate on educating and motivating people towards a healthier life-one that embraces movement and getting a handle on their nutrition.

Along with the traditional exercise we offer TRX, Stretching, Reformer pilates, Bands exercise, Kettle bell workouts, Breathing, and Floor workouts to challenge the entire body.
