In 2011, Jason McAllister (Owner/Operator) decided to hit the streets with a food truck. He hoped to get the name and style of food out to the community and begin catering in San Diego CA. With the help of Antonio Friscia (Executive Chef - Legal Restaurants), they teamed up to create a diverse, mouthwatering menu.
