Our signature menu of Mexican cuisine along with fresh organic ingredients and diversity for every dietary preference, is married to our dining experience. What started with only catering to relatives and close friends, the Ballesteros family reached a point in which they could not find quality Mexican food around the area, so they decided to create their own business.
The business is providing Mexican food for any type of event, from a meal at your home to concerts, weddings, quinceaneras, and whatever you need. It is a project founded by a family and its connection to Mexican food. With great foresight and intuition, Carlos Ballesteros decided to open a catering company to showcase his family's recipes from Mexico City.

Hollowed out jalapeno peppers filled with cream cheese. The cheese stays soft and delicious on the inside while the heat of the pepper comes through on every bite. Ensalada de nopales or Cactus Salad is an aromatic and delicious appetizer. It can be served in a variety of ways, from stand-alone appetizer, side dish to our tacos, or main dish when used as a topping for Mexican tostadas.

Catering On-Site allows the food to be served at stations where trained personnel prepare, finish, or assemble menu items in front of the guests. This style is extremely popular because guests get to see their food being cooked fresh off the grill. This type of buffet is perfect for any event. The Gringa's menu will demonstrate the tremendous variety that can make a line order an exciting event for all.
