Gringas Tacos and Catering is an escape from the mundane. Our signature menu of Mexican cuisine along with fresh organic ingredients and diversity for every dietary preference, is married to our dining experience. What started with only catering to relatives and close friends, the Ballesteros family reached a point in which they could not find quality Mexican food around the area, so they decided to create their own business.

It is a project founded by a family and its connection to Mexican food. With great foresight and intuition, Carlos Ballesteros decided to open a catering company to showcase his family's recipes from Mexico City.

Services
Hollowed out jalapeno peppers filled with cream cheese. The cheese stays soft and delicious on the inside while the heat of the pepper comes through on every bite. Ensalada de nopales or Cactus Salad is an aromatic and delicious appetizer. It can be served in a variety of ways, from stand-alone appetizer, side dish to our tacos, or main dish when used as a topping for Mexican tostadas.
Catering On-Site allows the food to be served at stations where trained personnel prepare, finish, or assemble menu items in front of the guests. This style is extremely popular because guests get to see their food being cooked fresh off the grill. This type of buffet is perfect for any event. The Gringa's menu will demonstrate the tremendous variety that can make a line order an exciting event for all.

*WARNING* this business has the most HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE costumer service!!!!!! I called and asked if the could do my event and he said they were available that day and to fill out an online request. They sent me a quote and asked me to email back to confirm. I emailed back to confirm and the day before my event I called to make sure they were still coming he said he didn't have me on the books. He said let me check what's going on and I'll call you right back. He never called back. What a joke of a business owner. They deserve 0 stars!!!!

NO SHOW! Booked them well in advance for the 4th of July. Called me at 1:08pm to tell me they wouldn’t be there at 3:30pm b/c the night before they did an event and someone tested positive. I respect that they didn’t want to risk it with me or my guests, but they had no other employees?!?! Then I find out a neighbor booked them last month for a graduation party and they literally did not show up. And no phone call! Beyond rude!
