Amanda Austin was so great to work with! She was also so quick to respond to emails and calls. When more information was required, she reached out immediately. At the end of the process, we were approved with the lowest quote we had received from any other company. I definitely recommend using Regency Insurance Group!

Update: I am updating this review from a 5 star rating to a 1 star. The 5 stars was for selling me a policy. Actually dealing with this company has been a complete nightmare. My old policy went up and I wanted to see if there was any options for a lower rate. I found regency and they sent me a quote for Universal P & C June 26th. July 1st I signed paperwork and sent wind mitigation. They wanted an updated 4 point (I have an older home so its understandable) so I scheduled that for July 3rd. Inspector sent them documents. As far as I knew policy was good. My mortgage paid them in July. August 15th
