We have more than 1,300 books for the girls to choose from to take home! Learn more here. Learn what parents have to say about Hot Shots. Hot Shots is unlike any sports program you have ever experienced. For the last 25 years, we have built girls' self-esteem, athletic skills, and sense of belonging in a supportive, fun-filled, non-competitive environment while providing parents a rare opportunity to play, learn and bond with their daughter.

Hot Shots is a program of the Boys & Girls Club of Marshfield. We started in 1996 as a stand-alone nonprofit. In 2021, after 25 years of running Hot Shots and at the age of 71, I needed a succession plan. The Boys & Girls Club was a perfect new home as we share the same mission: Empowering young people.
Testimonials

I totally enjoyed the program. I saw a remarkable change in my daughter from someone who is extremely shy to volunteering to be introduced by Week Three! I love the connection John (the coach) made between trying hard at soccer and trying hard at school! I love the Hot Shots song, the introduction of the girls in front of the group, learning specific skills, and the older girls helping!
