Dr. Noemi Cruz-Orcutt was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Sciences as a Valedictorian at the University of Puerto Rico. Dr. Cruz-Orcutt earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University Of Iowa College Of Dentistry. While receiving her dental education, she was involved in dental research and was an active leader in various dental organizations.
