Extremely impressive caring and compassion! My dog had become ill very quickly, and my vet wasn't able to get us in. I didn't think we could wait, so I called Bergheim Pet Hospital, and when they heard my situation, they got us in right away. From the minute we arrived, every person we encountered went out of their way to accommodate us with kindness. They took us in immediately, discussed what we were experiencing and then gave me a plan. What struck me the most was the kindness. They got me in a side door so she wouldn't have to walk as far, and then when they saw what a difficult time she was

Bentley is a Year old West Highland Terrier. He is a double handful. This is the second time we have had him groomed here and even though it is a twenty minute drive for us each way, we will be back. The groomer did a fantastic job on him, the staff from the receptionist to the techs, to the groomer were polite, knowledgeable and friendly.

Everyone you come in contact with at Bergheim Pet Hospital is extremely caring and courteous. They know your pet by name and they are very attentive to any concerns you may have. I drive from San Antonio just because they are so good.
