Between the gunshots, vehicle break ins, frequent construction which started with Jack hammering at 645 this morning, paper thin walls (I can hear my neighbors alarm go off at 10AM), and sub par pool compared to many others in the area, I can't recommend this place at all. Tremont or the MET are much better options.

There are pretty much always 5-15 people in the pools at all times. They always have water pipe issues where the water has to be turned off/boil water noticed. There are bugs everywhere. Between August-May, it's hard to find a parking because everyone has their friends over. When reported to the office, they will roll their eyes at you

My son just moved into The reserve. I could not be anymore pleased with the moving process. Coming from out of state and the staff has been tremendous during this process. They have added a new area for the residents that is very nice. I wish there would have been places like this when I was in college.

Living here has been extremely stressful and I would not recommend living here. In my 8 months living here there has been nothing but issues. We have had leaks in our ceiling, leaks in the kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks, toilet, our air conditioning was out for TWO weeks while it was 90° outside and all of these were put in as emergency maintenance requests and they would show up two weeks after the fact that we had to fix it ourselves. You have to constantly call the office to remind them of issues and half the time you have to call over and over again before they answer. It is ridiculous to have

I’ve lived at the Reserve for over two years now and I just resigned my lease. The pools are amazing, the tennis court is great, and the apartments offer so much space especially in the closets. The office staff has helped fix any issues during these two years. I enjoy living here and recommend it to my friends.

What I enjoy most about this complex are the diverse residents. I previously lived in an unofficial student complex which I didn’t enjoy. I love the atmosphere of The Reserve. The staff are friendly and the maintenance workers are even more friendly. They also have monthly newsletters with fun activities going on that month that I look forward to reading about. The only reason that I gave four stars instead of five is that I just wish my hot water lasted longer! Overall, The Reserve is a very nice apartment complex. I would recommend to a friend.

I recently moved here from NJ. I was able to get all the paperwork done online ahead of time, which was super convenient. The apartment is beautiful! My favorite part is the balcony overlooking the woods. When I got here, we did a walk through and there were a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed; however, the staff has been wonderful about sending the guys out to correct them. The apartment was clean with lots of space, and there is ample parking for tenants and guests. I love soaking in the hot tub! The whole pool/grilling area is great! The gym, though small has a decent amount

The apartments and grounds are maintained nicely and the staff is friendly. However, if you have to drive to work every day like most people, you will be assuming damage to your car just by living here. The entrance and exit to this complex is horrendous and it has never been worked on since I moved here 10 months ago. The pot holes and sudden drops in the road have nearly ripped the bumper off my car several times. I’ll take a picture during the day to provide proof of the condition of the entrance/exit. A small investment in fixing this would go a long way in first impressions for potential

Pretty nice Apartments. As a medicine residents and proverbial lifelong student, I've spent the past decade living in apartments. So far it has been fairly nice staying here at the reserve, the apartments are a bit expensive but very spacious. The management it's great, if anything ever happens they are very fast to respond. It is conveniently located just off of Hardy Street so not too much traffic in this area and it is fairly quiet. However, these apartments are very close to everything including both hospitals and tons of restaurants.
