Apartment searching and my family had nothing but amazing things to say about Kavanuagh Management. So I decided to look into their smaller units. The one that caught my eye was the duplexes on Baggett Drive. But after viewing them I’ve had a change of heart. Once we got around the corner we noticed one of their duplexes was loaded with trash all around their apartment. It was utterly disgusting. Do Mr Kavanaugh even visits these apartments?. I refuse to believe that a fine man such as himself have knowledge of this filth l. I just can’t believe these are Kavanughs apartments. Not all of the

I'll be glad when our lease is up and we won't ever have to rent here again. Since the first month we moved in one of their properties we constantly had to call numerous times about toilet, ac and roach problem that's coming from our neighbors. We call about it and they'll tell us something just to satisfy us at the moment. Our neighbors are still filthy and we still have roaches. It's totally unfair to us and management seems to not care. The problem will never cease when you have filthy people living next to you with a house full of people (7), and a bunch of dogs, and

5 stars for the maintenance crew and Mr. Kavanaugh himself which is a very kind person. I'm giving three stars because Kavanaugh management needs to figure out a way to vet the people they decide to let live in their apartments. Some of my neighbors are great but some are... sketchy.. oh and whats also kind of sketchy and is one of Kavanaugh management's staff members leaving a 5 star review for their OWN company. S.M. (I'm only using her initials, I don't want to embarrass her and i'm sure she'll remove her artificial review after she reads this) who left a 5 star review that says "Friendly staff
