Services
Adolescent Counseling
Our adolescent counseling program addresses academic challenges, anxiety, behavioral issues, and family conflicts through activity therapy and traditional talk therapy. We use expressive arts and sandtray techniques to build trust while helping teens develop coping skills. Our therapists work with clients aged 12-18 to improve self-esteem, manage stress, and navigate life transitions in a supportive environment.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR therapy helps clients process traumatic memories through bilateral stimulation techniques that activate natural brain healing processes. This evidence-based approach effectively treats PTSD, anxiety disorders, and depression by reprocessing distressing experiences. Our certified therapists guide clients through structured eight-phase treatment to resolve emotional wounds without requiring psychedelic experiences.
Psychiatric Medication
Our psychiatric medication services include personalized treatment plans with options like SSRIs, SNRIs, and mood stabilizers for mental health conditions. Board-certified providers monitor medication effectiveness while considering genetic factors through GeneSight testing. We help clients manage symptoms of depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD with regular follow-up appointments to adjust dosages as needed.
Play Therapy
Play therapy provides developmentally appropriate mental health treatment for children who communicate through play rather than words. Our registered play therapists use toys and structured activities to help children express emotions safely. This approach improves social skills, reduces behavioral problems, and builds coping mechanisms for anxiety, grief, and school-related stress in a child-friendly environment.
Ketamine-EMDR
Ketamine-Enhanced EMDR combines low-dose ketamine with traditional EMDR techniques to improve trauma processing without causing dissociation. This innovative approach reduces psychological defenses while maintaining client awareness during therapy sessions. Our collaborative treatment model with psychiatric nurse practitioners enhances memory reconsolidation for more effective resolution of chronic trauma and PTSD symptoms.

Since their physical office isnt open, they did not respond to my emails, and rents coming due, I left 14 messages before they finally responded today. I Learned they Did not produce information to be reimbursed $300 for 2 hour visit and blamed me for running the meeting. It would seem professional and downright in your own interest to let clients know exactly what information you need to generate your arbitrary diagnosis codes for them to be reimbursed to cover the
