Nock insurance got an insurance plan for my car relatively quickly. However, I encountered some issues with my coverage. (The issues were not because of Nock Insurance.) I tried to write them repeatedly and they did not respond to my messages. After being ignored by Nock Ins, I'll take my business elsewhere.

I have Erie Insurance through the Nock Insurance Agency with this family owned business for over 25 years and could not be happier. Even though I've never met them, I call a couple of times a year and my representative Emily Nock gets right back to me with the answers that I am looking for. They are always thinking of ways to save me money and it is appreciated.

I had an Insurance with them, I went in person to cancel, also called to cancel, It was not cancel. I was getting billed months after it was supposed to be cancel. also they have bad costumer service.
