Jay and Gil are incredible! Im beyond grateful for them! They made purchasing my first home SIMPLE and painless. I own a business and have little to no time Let me tell you- buying a home with these two will make it easy. Yessss- it was easy!!! Especially with Docusign etc
They are extremely thorough! Whether it be text reminders- incredibly detailed emails- not some macro. They also provided me with a wonderful mortgage broker

Jay was exceptional at being patient in the process with an extremely difficult seller and I can honestly say had my personal interest as his true north. Jay & Gil are by far the best residential real estate team I have ever worked with. I've worked in commercial real estate for over 30 years so I've seen a lot and don't say that lightly.
