They have a policy that they require health insurance information AND also your credit card information. If patients are fully covered by their health insurance and you already have that information on file along with a picture of insurance, why require credit card from patients? This is absolutely absurd and I decided to not go forward with them. The representative who schedules appointments basically told me that if I dont provide my credit card information, They would have to cancel my initial appointment. This is quite disappointing and unheard of from a place that offers counseling services

I made an appointment with Hadar Lutman weeks ago and was called on the Friday before my Monday appointment telling me my billing information was incorrect because I had left off a number from my credit card information. Due to personal reasons I was unable to return the call until Monday during business hours. At which point I was told my appointment was cancelled. I received no call or email and, had I not reached out, would have never been told that my appointment was cancelled. I had uploaded ALL my forms but because they couldnt get money from me they cancelled my appointment without warning

I had never been to counseling before. The experience here made it easy for me to begin the process. I wasn't sure about starting it with teletherapy, but it worked out very well.

Had a very pleasant and productive experience here. My counselor helped me through a period that I thought I couldn't get through. The experience was made even more satisfying with the atmosphere of the place. Really lovely.
