I work with a wide range of alcohol and drug issues providing services that span from assessment and diagnostic consultation to therapy and parenting support. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I meet clients wherever they may be at in the change process. I provide a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the recovery and personal growth they're striving for.
Rates & Insurance

Dr. Kelly does not accept direct insurance payments at this time. Clients may request copies of prior billed invoices from Dr. Kelly in order to facilitate reimbursement from their own insuance companies when possible. Sliding scale fee services are available based on ability to pay.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
