We are currently restoring this historic cottage court established in 1938 and located in the small bayside town of Elk Rapids, MI. All cottages are being completely remodeled. Everything from the flooring, to the electrical/plumbing, to the furniture is new or re-purposed. There are 11 unique cottages on our 5 acre property ranging from a super tiny 100 sqft efficiency up to a spacious 800 sqft, two bedroom cottage.
Kitchens are well stocked with dinnerware and cookware for you to prepare and serve your favorite meals, just bring the groceries!. This cottage has a wheel-chair accessible entrance with 32-inch doorways, transfer shower, bathroom grab bars, roll under sinks/countertops. The kitchenette does not have a stove but does have a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.

Cottage 2 is our most spacious cottage with two bedrooms and one bath in 700 sqft of living space. This cottage has a real lakeshore cottage feel with mixed hardwood floors and pale blue walls throughout. Kitchen amenities include a full-sized refrigerator, stove, sink and dishwasher and a well-stocked set of dinnerware and cookware for you to prepare and serve your favorite meals.
