Fat Daddy's Pizzeria is a casual dine New York Style Pizzeria from Chef Chad Pritchard, chef behind the award winning restaurants Oregano Italian Kitchen and The Chef's Table. At Fat Daddy's we make real pizza. That means making our dough from scratch, roasting all of our vegetables, caramelizing our onions and cooking our meats before they go on the pizza.
