Chez Vous is the creation of partners Alain Bars and Executive Chef Erik James Erlichson, featuring artwork by Ana-Maria Bars and Humberto Urquizo Villena. Our location is an elegant prewar stone building at 188 Bedford Street, the corner of Spring Street. Chez Vous is a contemporary French Bistro with an elegant bar, two dining rooms and outdoor seating from late spring to early fall.
Its Mediterranean colors and hand-painted wooden tables create an inviting, casual atmosphere, in which you immediately feel welcome. Together, Alain and Erik bring over 50 years of hospitality experience. Alain grew up in Paris, his family from Brittany. He attended the prestigious hotel/restaurant school La Maison Blanche in Nantes.
