I love helping women reach their fitness goals! I work with all fitness levels, and help you achieve your personal goals!

I specialize in women who want to lose weight, tone up, be healthier, have more energy and feel better about themselves! I offer on-site and online training. I create meal and workout plans for you to help you reach your goals and have fun doing it! Team Crazy Fit was happy to be a guest on Fox13 news with The Big Budha, sharing a healthy recipe for "chicken enchiladas".

Step Out Program

If you are just getting started this is a great place to start with 4 workouts a week to do on your own time and own schedule. If you are a currently working with a trainer but want to step down from that, this still a great program to give you 4 different workouts each week. At the start you will submit your assessment and pictures, we will figure out your macros (carbs, fats and proteins) to help you reach your specific workout.
