At REFORM PILATES teaching clients to incorporate mindful movement throughout their day is our commitment to you. We coach clients with an emphasis on mind/body awareness, healthy movement, and proper alignment to ensure that each workout is safe, effective and fun!
After moving to Estero from Connecticut, Melanie began practicing Pilates, thus beginning her journey in the Pilates method. Having two children caused a lack of abdominal strength that resulted in severe back pain. I was at this point that Melanie sought relief in movement. Pilates was not only helping to regain abdominal strength, but Melanie also began to experience positive changes both physically and mentally.
