To save you time we can pick up the vehicle from your location, or if it's not drivable we can tow it to our shop for all insurance claims. Customer contacts the insurance company to file a claim, and after that we take over and make sure the appraisal and negotiation process with insurance is completed without omissions and in a timely manner.

Before we start working on your vehicle you will be informed what parts will be repaired or replaced, and what kind of work will be performed. If there is need for a supplement (as many times additional damage becomes visible after the repairs are started), we contact insurance company and make sure all additional work and parts are approved and paid for.
