We have been using Jericho Pharmacy for years. The pharmacy is modern and efficient but you get a feeling of how things use to be when you walked into a local store and were greeted by name and would be treated like an old friend. They go beyond any expectations to be helpful and are always genuinely interested to know how you and your family are doing. They go the extra mile to give you the best service and advice. One of the best parts of living in our neighborhood.

I highly recommend Jericho Pharmacy! They are professional, courteous and always willing to help. All of the staff are knowledgeable and willing to put a personal touch to their business. Not only do I get my prescriptions filled there but I do my shopping for non-prescription needs there as well.

It is a pleasure working with Jericho Pharmacy. They are always extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. A friendly voice on the other end of the line is so nice to hear when you are having a busy day at the office. They were especially supportive to us during the Pandemic. Always looking out for any needs that may have come up. Phil, Dave, and all the staff go above and beyond for our patients. They take care of you! They really care! We highly recommend them.

Phil is the best pharmacist and is extremely knowledgeable. He goes out of his way to help us all the time. The staff is very kind and courteous, the exact opposite of any chain pharmacy. wouldn't go anywhere else!

I work in a primary care office near this pharmacy. A good amount of our patients have now been switching to Jericho after years of going to CVS, Rite Aid, and Walgreens. The genuine care, quality, and compassion provided by this adorable little pharmacy is just something you wont find anywhere else. There are often days where I have to personally call for patients or the physician and any worker or pharmacist (especially Dave) will do anything and everything they can to resolve any issue.
