Navarra graduated from St. John's University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Queens, New York. The Town Total Compounding Center is a PCAB Accredited compounding only pharmacy providing sterile and non-sterile compounding prescriptions.

At the Total Town Compounding Center, a compounding pharmacy of New York, our mission is to help keep patients healthy. Joseph Navarra, owner and pharmacist, has over 26 years of compounding experience. He started customized compounding in 1994 to help the growing need for pediatric dosage forms of HIV medication.
